Kabulonga Residences is a 48-unit residential development on a tight urban-infill site, designed to demonstrate that quality housing can be delivered at density without losing the neighbourhood feel.
The structure is reinforced concrete with locally-sourced cladding. Solar PV is integrated into the roof for common-area lighting and water heating.
