Safety Week is easy to dismiss as a PR exercise. This year's circuit was different: shorter sessions, real incident debriefs, and meaningful Q&A.

The most useful sessions, in our view, were the ones that walked through near-misses without naming-and-shaming — keeping the focus on the system, not the individual.
